Sylvia Torres (ZJ™) Session Policies
1) Cancellation policy
Refunds will be granted for good cause only. Credit can only be offered toward one future ZIN JAM Session. Be aware that the location of future ZIN JAM Sessions will likely change.
2) Walk-in policy
If the session is full, you can show up and wait in hopes of a no-show. Names for the waiting list will be taken in order of arrival time. Note that once full, I cannot squeeze an additional person into the session. 30 is the maximum number of ZINs able to attend. If there are no open slots, you will not be allowed to attend/stay for the session. Those who show up to wait are NOT guaranteed to get into the session.
3) Severe Weather/Emergency policy
If the session is cancelled due to severe weather, natural disaster, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances registered participants will receive an email notification from the ZJ and will have the option of attending a future session.
All prepaid funds will be refunded within 7-10 business days and cannot be kept on hold. If the session is not cancelled and attendees do not show up due to weather, natural disaster, emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, it will be up to the ZJ to determine the remedy and these will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4) Refund policy:
Refund requests for ZJ sessions and Zumbawear products must be forwarded directly to me at zumbaintexas@gmail.com for review. (Please see the cancellation policy for ZJ sessions for more
information). Zumbawear products purchased at a ZJ session can't be returned via the website or to the Home Office.
5) Exclusive ZIN member event, therefore, non ZIN members, spectators, or children will not be allowed.
6) Payment Policy:
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through Paypal accepted.
7) As per our Zumba Office, no videotaping, no copying music, no Youtube / facebook videos allowed.
